Charmed Aroma is a global retailer of candles and bath bombs with surprise jewelry inside! Find a ring, necklace, bracelet or earrings inside every product! As the largest jewelry candle and bath bomb company in Canada, and with over 1 million followers on Facebook/Instagram, we are excited to open our first USA store in Buffalo, NY!
We are looking to hire an experienced Key Holder(s) ! You will support the Store Supervisor and District Manager in the daily activities of the retail staff and be accountable for all store operations when the Supervisors or District Manager is unavailable. Our ideal candidate will contribute to the overall productivity and profitability through customer service excellence, a consistent brand experience and the ability to build emotional connection, and loyalty, with our Charmed Aroma fans!
Overview:
- Oversee all store operations including: opening and closing the store, store cleanliness, re-stocking and merchandising, customer service and supervision of the retail team in the absence of the Store Lead
- Supporting the Store Lead in ensuring standards are followed in accordance
- High level of activity, passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
- Able to transition customers to alternative fragrances and products
- Demonstrates the ability to assist multiple customers during peak times
- Takes initiative and maintains awareness of store promotions, pricing and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience in a leadership role
- Must be available to work between 15-30hrs per week opening/and or closing
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to build relationships through listening, asking questions and relating to the customer
- Strong communication, organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and evening shifts.
This location is in Walden Galleria. Buffalo, NY.
