During the months of October through December, Texas de Brazil will be featuring an additional food and drink item to their menus: coffee rubbed pork tenderloin and the Rio Swizzle cocktail made with Atlantico Platino Rum!
The coffee rubbed pork tenderloin, the most lean and tender cut of pork with a unique twist, will be served by the carvers, just the same as the original meats.
The Rio Swizzle cocktail is mixture of fruit flavors, mint and Atlantico Platino Rum, a product endorsed and co-partnered by Enrique Iglesias. This rum is made with both fresh cane juice-based and molasses-based rums, for a clean and smooth combination.
