WALDEN GALLERIA ANNOUNCES OPENING OF NEW OFFL/NE™ BY AERIE STORE
— Aerie® sub-brand to open new location in Western New York inside the area’s largest shopping center —
Buffalo, NY: Walden Galleria has announced a winter opening of an OFFL/INE™ by Aerie store. The sub-brand of activewear and accessories launched in July 2020 and is built for movement, comfort, and REAL life. The brand is the evolution and expansion of Aerie’s popular leggings collection. OFFLINE by Aerie offers an unparalleled assortment of soft, cozy, and comfortable activewear, including an assortment of leggings, bike shorts, tops, sports bras, fleece, bottoms, and accessories.
The new 3,170 sq. ft. OFFLINE location features elements of movement and fun to enjoy while customers shop, including a ping pong table, ballet bar and disco ball. Store marketing is highlighted by video boards featuring brand anthem videos and other surprises.
The OFFLINE store at Walden Galleria will also be accompanied by a brand-new Aerie store, forming a conjoining store located on the upper level next to Dick’s Sports Goods and Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers. The current 3,000 sq. ft. Aerie store located on the upper level across from Old Navy will expand to a 3,600 sq. ft. space, combining with OFFLINE to create a joint location sized at 6,782 sq. ft. The two stores will have separate entrances from the hallway and connected with a passthrough to cross between each sales floor, once inside. Both stores are expected to open in winter 2022.
