— New quick-service concept brings authentic Thai street food to the Food Court —
Buffalo, NY: Walden Galleria is pleased to announce that Ruby Thai Kitchen officially opened today in the shopping center’s international Food Court. Bringing vibrant, bold flavors to Western New York, the quick-service concept adds an exciting new option to Walden Galleria’s diverse dining lineup.
Ruby Thai Kitchen has taken over the 727 sq. ft. space in the Food Court, previously occupied by Subway. The newly renovated storefront is fully optimized to deliver fast, fresh, and authentic Thai cuisine tailored perfectly for a quick lunch, family dinner, or a meal on-the-go during a day of shopping.
The restaurant’s menu focuses on authentic, made-to-order Thai street food prepared with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Guests can enjoy a lineup of traditional favorites featuring classic Pad Thai, rich and spicy curries, savory stir-fried Lo Mein, and deeply flavorful rice dishes. Ruby Thai’s menu also features savory egg and spring rolls, cream cheese rangoon, and soup.
Ruby Thai Kitchen is open during standard mall operating hours. Visitors and foodies are encouraged to stop by the Food Court to sample the authentic taste of Thailand.
